Home Matters Caregiving Named America’s Fastest-Growing In-Home Care Franchise on the 2026 Inc 5000

BEAVERTON, OR – September 18, 2026 – PRESSADVANTAGE –

Beaverton-based company ranks No. 925 nationally and No. 111 among all U.S. healthcare companies, climbing 281 spots on 374% three-year growth

Home Matters Caregiving, a national in-home senior care franchise headquartered in Beaverton, today announced it has been named No. 925 on the 2026 Inc. 5000, Inc. magazine’s annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The company posted 374 percent revenue growth from 2022 to 2025 and ranked No. 111 among all healthcare and medical companies on this year’s list.

Home Matters Caregiving is the fastest-growing in-home care franchise organization and the third fastest-growing in-home care organization overall on the 2026 list, according to the company’s analysis of home care providers among this year’s honorees.

The placement also makes Home Matters Caregiving the 8th fastest-growing private company in Oregon and one of just 10 Portland-area companies to rank in the top 1,000 nationally, out of 38 metro-area honorees. It marks the company’s second consecutive year on the Inc. 5000, up 281 positions from No. 1,206 in 2025.

Home Matters Caregiving now operates 46 franchise locations serving aging adults across 18 states.

“Growth is a byproduct of the care model, not the goal. We believe in serving our caregiving team, the clients that they provide care for, and leveraging technology with nurse-guided oversight to achieve the highest standard of care,” Jeffrey Giedt, CEO.

Heidi Rowell, Home Matters Caregiving COO, says, “Our commitment remains to improve care outcomes, allowing aging adults to age in place successfully for as long as is possible.”

“I’ve watched this organization grow from a few agencies into the fastest-growing franchise network in this market. Most systems that grow at this rate start optimizing for unit count; Home Matters continues to optimize for what happens in the home. They’ve done this by blending technology, data-driven care plans, and nurse guidance, and the Inc. 5000 recognition reflects that,” Romi Gubes, Co-Founder and CEO, Sensi.AI.
