LaunchPad Home Group Announces Key Executive Leadership Appointments

LaunchPad Home Group (“LaunchPad”), a leading platform of residential inspection and home services companies, today announced two significant leadership appointments that further strengthen the company’s executive team and position the organization for its next phase of growth.

Alan Rice has joined the organization as President of EverHome, LaunchPad’s homeowner services division, while Josh Furman has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer of LaunchPad Home Group.

The appointments mark another step in LaunchPad’s maturation as a national platform, adding executive leadership focused on scaling operations, integrating acquisitions, and expanding services beyond the traditional home inspection transaction.

Alan Rice Named President of EverHome

Rice joins LaunchPad from Angi, where he helped lead the company’s operational transformation and profitability initiatives. During his tenure, Angi more than doubled EBITDA while improving commercial performance, pricing strategy, and operating efficiency across multiple business units.

“The inspection is one of the most information-rich moments in homeownership, yet homeowners are often left to navigate next steps on their own,” said Scott Swayze, Chief Executive Officer of LaunchPad Home Group. “EverHome is helping bridge that gap by turning property insights into personalized guidance and solutions. Alan’s leadership experience and deep understanding of the home services ecosystem make him exceptionally qualified to lead that effort.”

As President of EverHome, Rice will oversee the continued growth and expansion of LaunchPad’s homeowner platform, helping homeowners make smarter decisions about the maintenance, improvement, protection, and long-term management of their homes.

Josh Furman Promoted to Chief Operating Officer

LaunchPad also announced the promotion of Josh Furman to Chief Operating Officer.

Furman joined the organization through LaunchPad’s acquisition of AJF Inspections, the Arizona-based company founded and operated by his family. Since joining the platform, he has rapidly advanced through leadership positions of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as Regional President of the Southwest.

Throughout his tenure, Furman has helped drive operational excellence, market growth, integration efforts, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple brands and regions.

“Josh embodies the entrepreneurial spirit and operational excellence that have fueled LaunchPad’s success,” said Swayze. “His progression from operator to regional leader and now Chief Operating Officer reflects both his capabilities and our commitment to developing exceptional talent within the organization.”

As COO, Furman will oversee operational performance across LaunchPad’s growing portfolio of brands, helping ensure consistent execution, scalability, and service excellence as the company continues to expand.

LaunchPad also announced that Sean Garvey has been appointed Regional President of the Southwest region, succeeding Furman following his promotion to COO.

Garvey joined LaunchPad through the acquisition of Dwellinspect Arizona and has since played an important role in driving growth and operational performance across the region. In his new role, he will oversee operations, team development, and strategic growth initiatives throughout the Southwest.
